Un domingo cualquiera; en plena sierra madrileña; tras degustar la paella más suculenta jamás creada, unos irreductibles domingueros sufren una transformación increíble que los lleva a mezclar con maestría gastronómica una explosion musical donde todo es posible con tal de divertir y hacer bailar sin control.

El estilo musical de Los Sundayers es amplio debido a que cada uno en el grupo tiene sus propios gustos musicales y culinarios. Reggae, rock, jazz, ska, funk, latin, cocina creativa y japonesa son los estilos de música que suenan en los cascos de Los Sundayers cuando esperan el autobús, se preparan un bocata, o se pegan unos bailes en el lugar mas inesperado. Además, la combinación de percusiones, sección de vientos, tres voces y unas potentes bases les concede la solidez necesaria para armar tremendas fiestas en los escenarios que pisan.

En Febrero de 2006 terminaron la grabación de su primera maqueta “A la brasa suenan mejor”, con los tres primeros temas del grupo.

A principios de 2007 se deciden a grabar un primer disco autoeditado, con mejor sonido y siete canciones nuevas que dieran un nuevo enfoque a la banda. Aparte de la distribución gratuita vía internet, esta vez cuentan con la discográfica sin ánimo de lucro Autoeditados, para que realice la edición y distribución del disco. Tras su publicación, vuelven a presentarlo por varios escenarios (Murcia, Alicante, Madrid, Almería, Cádiz, Palencia, Bilbao, Pontevedra, Jaén…etc) y reciben muy buenas críticas, tanto en portales web como en revistas de tirada nacional. Esto les lleva a ser ganadores de los festivales Moralrock 2008 y Festivaca Araval 2009, y finalistas del concurso de música de Radio Almenara y de La Elipa, asi como a participar en diversos festivales de verano, donde su directo es alabado por crítica y público.

A finales de 2009 comienza la grabación de lo que será el segundo disco de estudio de la banda. Esta vez bajo al dirección de Ferni Duhalde (El Tio Calambres, Eureka, Outro Jazz), y con una producción mas cuidada y potente. Son trece cortes cargados de energía donde prima la fusión indiscriminada de estilos y la consistencia y pegada de las canciones. En 2010 se publica el álbum, esta vez absolutamente autoeditado.

El desparpajo que trasmiten Los Sundayers en sus directos, donde cada concierto se convierte en una auténtica fiesta, los lleva a montar su espectáculo donde menos te lo esperas, pero si no tienes paciencia, ponte en contacto con ellos cuanto antes, ya que hasta las convenciones mas aburridas parecerán los sanfermines con Los Sundayers en acción!

Any Sunday, in a spanish sunny beach, with the more succulent paella recently eaten, ten rebel sundayers suffer an incredible transformation that make them mix, with a huge gastronomic knowledge, a musical explosion where everything is possible to make dance and have fun without limits.

The musical style of Los Sundayers is wide because everyone in the band has his owns influences. Reggae, rock, jazz, ska, funk, latin, creative and japanese cuisines are the music styles that sounds on Los Sundayers iPods while they wait for the bus, they cook anything succulent or are dancing in any inesperate place. Although, the combination of percusions, wind section, three singers and a huge potential drum, guitar and bassguitar give them the necessary tenacity to bring enormous parties in the stages they feet.

In February 2006, they finished the record of his first model “A la brasa suenan mejor”, with the first three songs of the band that make them travel with his show around Spain.

At the beginning of 2007 they decided to record his first autoedited album, with better sound and new seven songs that give a new vision to the band . In add to the free distribution in internet they have contract with Autoeditados discography to edit and distribute the album. After the publish of “Eterno Domingo” they play in a lot of stages (Murcia, Alicante, Madrid, Almeria, Cadiz, Palencia, Bilbao, Pontevedra, Jaen…etc) and have very good critics, also in web portals and in important music magazines. This bring them to be the winners of the festivals Moralrock 2008 and Festivaca Araval 2009, and finalists of the music events of Radio Almenara and La Elipa, also they play in a lot of open air festivals around spainwhere his show is applauded by public and critics.

At the ends of 2009 begin the recording of his second album “Cógelo”. This time with Ferni Duhalde as sound engineer (El Tio Calambres, Eureka, Outro Jazz), and a very creative production. Are thirteen tracks fulls of energy where the indiscriminate fusion of styles and the consistence and strengh of the songs rules. In March 2010 they publish the album and put it on free download on his web.

The never ending party that transmit the Sundayers on his live shows, where every stage became a funny and dancing machine, make them bring his spectacle wherever is possible, but if you are not patience, put in contact with them as soon as possible, so the more bored reunions will be the Sanfermines with Los Sundayers in action!

An irgendeinem Sonntag; im vollen Madrid; nach dem Verkosten einer Paella, saftiger als je zuvor, erleben einige unbeugsame Sonntagsfahrer eine unglaubliche Veränderung, die sie dazu führt, mit gastronomischem Geschick eine musikalische Explosion zuzubereiten, bei der alles möglich ist, vorausgesetzt man vergnügt sich und tanzt ohne Kontrolle.

Der musikalische Stil Los Sundayers ist vielschichtig, da jeder Einzelne der Gruppe seinen eigenen musikalischen und kulinarischen Geschmack hat.
Reggae, Rock, Jazz, Ska, Funk, Latin, eine kreative und japanische Küche sind die Musikrichtungen, die in den Kopfhörern Los Sundayers zu hören sind, während sie auf den Bus warten, sich ein Sandwich vorbereiten oder an einem völlig unerwarteten Ort anfangen zu tanzen. Zudem gewährleistet die Kombination aus Percussion, Bläsern, drei Stimmen und starken Texten die nötige Stabilität, um eine riesige Party auf die Bühne bringen zu können.

Im Februar 2006 wurde die erste CD namens “A la brasa suenan mejor” mit den drei ersten Titeln der Band aufgenommen.

Anfang 2007 entschlossen sie sich dazu, die erste CD herauszugeben – mit besserem Sound und sieben neuen Songs – die der Band eine neue Richtung gab. Neben der kostenlosen Distribution via Internet plante sie mit der Plattenfirma ohne Gewinnerwartung weitere Aufnahmen, um die Herausgabe und Distribution der CD realisieren zu können.

Nach deren Veröffentlichung präsentierte die Gruppe diese auf verschiedenen Bühnen (Murcia, Alicante, Madrid, Almeria, Cadiz, Palencia, Bilbao, Pontevedra, Jaen…etc.) und erhielt gute Kritiken, sowohl in Internetportalen, als auch in nationalen Zeitungen. Dies verhalf der Gruppe zum Gewinn des Festivals Motalrock im Jahr 2008 und des Festivaca Araval 2009. Zudem stand sie im Finale der Musikwettbewerbe von Radio Almenara und La Elipa, und nahm an diversen Sommerfestivals teil, wo ihr Live-Auftritt von Publikum und Kritikern hoch gelobt wurde.

Ende 2009 soll mit der Aufnahme der zweiten CD begonnen werden. Diesmal unter der Leitung von Ferni Duhalde (El Tio Calambres, Eureka, Outro Jazz) und mit einer besseren und stärkeren Produktion. Es sind 13 energiegeladene Stücke, in denen die beliebige Vermischung der Stile und eine beständige Form der Lieder vorherrschen.

Im Jahr 2010 wird das Album veröffentlicht.

Die Ungezwungenheit, die die Sundayers in ihren Live-Auftritten übermitteln, durch die sich jedes Konzert in eine richtige Party verwandelt, lässt für sie eine Bühnen entstehen, wo man es am wenigstens erwartet. Par un beau dimanche, en pleine montagne madrilène, après avoir dégusté la meilleure paella jamais cuisinée, quelques irréductibles “domingueros” (personnes habituées à pique-niquer le dimanche) subissent une incroyable transformation qui les amène à mêler avec une parfaite maîtrise, la gastronomie et l’explosion musicale où tout est possible afin d’amuser et de faire danser sans retenue.

Le style musical Los Sundayers est étendu grace aux propres goûts musicaux et culinaires de chacun dans le groupe. Reggae, rock, jazz, ska, funk, latin, la cuisine créative et japonaise, voici les styles de musique qui résonnent dans les casques quand ils attendent le bus, qu’ils se préparent un sandwich, ou lorsqu’ils improvisent des fêtes dansantes dans les endroits les plus inattendus. De plus, la combinaison de percussions, d’instruments à vent, des trois voix et d’une basse très puissante leur donne la solidité nécessaire pour organiser des fêtes terribles sur toutes les scènes.

Après la sortie de l’album, ils présentent leur travail sur les scènes de Murcia, Alicante, Madrid, Almeria, Cadiz, Palencia, Jaen, etc…, et reçoivent de très bonnes critiques sur plusieurs sites web et dans des revues nationales. Cela les conduit à être les gagnants des festivals “Moralrock 2008″ et “Festivaca Araval 2009″, finalistes du concours de musique de “Radio Almenara” et de “La Elipa”, de même qu’à participer à divers festivals d’été, où leur direct est très apprécié par les critiques et le public.

Vers la fin 2009, ils commencent l’enregistrement du deuxième disque, cette fois sous la direction de Ferni Duhalde (El Tio Calambres, Eureka, Outro Jazz) et avec une production très soignée et puissante. Treize nouveaux titres chargés d’énergie où prédomine la fusion de styles “.

La liberté de ton, le punch et l’envie que transmettent Los Sundayers dans les directs, font que chaque concert, quelque soit l’ endroit où il ait lieu, est une véritable fête.
